Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Insight Map ("Service"), provided by Rmkod Teknoloji Danismanlik Pazarlama Sanayi ve Dis Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

Insight Map provides automated summaries of GitHub repository activity. We fetch metadata, commit data, and code diffs from repositories you authorize via GitHub, send that data to reputable AI API vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate summaries, and email them to you.

2. User Account & Access

You may access the Service by authorizing via GitHub. We collect and store your name, email address, installation ID, and authorized repository metadata (names, URLs, descriptions, owner names). No password is required.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GitHub complies with GitHub's terms and any applicable laws.

3. Use of AI & Data Handling

We access commit messages, author names, commit timestamps, and code diffs from your repositories.

Code diffs are sent to reputable AI services for processing.

We do not store raw code diffs or commit data.

We store the generated summary email (in HTML) and repository metadata.

You acknowledge and accept that these services involve transmitting your data to established third-party processors for summarization purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security or operation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service
• Use the Service to analyze or process unauthorized repositories or third-party data

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, its technology, and generated content (excluding your GitHub data). You may use the summaries generated solely for internal business or informational purposes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the summaries are accurate, complete, or free from errors. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Turkey.
