b. GitHub Integration Data

• Installation ID: Received from GitHub to link your GitHub account with our services.
• Repository metadata: We store the names, URLs, owner names, and descriptions of the repositories you authorize.
• Commit data: We read (but do not store) commit messages, author names, and commit dates.

c. Code Diff Information

We fetch code diffs from GitHub for authorized repositories and send them to AI processing services provided by reputable vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate summaries.

These diffs are not stored by Insight Map.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Generate weekly summaries based on your GitHub activity
• Send these summaries to your email via Mailgun
• Improve and maintain our services

3. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with the following third parties:

• Reputable AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for processing summaries
• Mailgun for sending summary reports via email
• GitHub APIs to access your repositories as authorized

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We store your name, email address, GitHub installation ID, and repository metadata for the duration of your use of our services.

We store the summary email as HTML, but we do not store raw code or diffs.

We may delete your data upon request or account deactivation, unless legally required to retain it.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under Turkish law, our legal basis for processing your data includes:

• Your explicit consent (e.g., when you connect GitHub or subscribe to reports)
• The performance of a contract (e.g., delivering weekly summary emails)
• Our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving our services
